While the Kazaa is a good program, LimeWire is better. However, it does leave some incredibly bad stuff on your computer that is hard to get rid of.
But to answer your question, I am going to assume you are on a pc while doing this, open up your computers firewall options by right clicking your antivirus softwares logo. Look for a tab, or something of the sort, that says "privacy" or somthing similar. under that tab, add kazaa to the list of accepted programs. Then apply the settings and close the program.
That should take care of it.

First you will have to be a administrator to do that. Open your firewall. Look for something like Program Permissions. Find Kaaza and change the setting to allow it to access the Internet.

Do NOT do it. It is full of viruses and adware that your firewall and anti-virus programs will so classify. Go and try Limewire instead as it has no viruses and is accepted by all anti-spyware and anti-add programs as legitimate.
