Virginia Apgar....lots of info on her and she did some very important work for the health of newborns and young children.

Rosalind Franklin
was an English physical chemist and crystallographer who made important contributions to the understanding of the fine structures of DNA, viruses, coal and graphite.

She did not get the credit for her work on DNA because of the sexist attitude of Watson and Crick the other two who are credited with the discovery of DNA.
