I am 19 years old.
I way 110 pounds.
I am almost 5'8.

I mean its not dangerous yet or anything, but I cant stand being so thin. Ever since I was little kid, whenever Id go out to eat there would always be someone saying "you need to eat, your anerexic"

I know Im not, its just when I eat, I get full really fast and I have a high metabolism. What is something I can eat or do that will help me gain weight.

IS there any protien type shake thingss.. or medicine... or a certain food that helps gail weight?

I feel for you. My son is 15-years-old 5'1" and finally got up to 90 lbs. Last year, he actually was stuck at a friends house for 1/2 hour because the windstorm kept knocking him down. He eats all the time and takes forever to gain weight. I have noticed though if he works out he can gain weight by gaining muscle. If you just want weight, protein shakes will help, but you need to drink them consistantly and it will help over a long period of time.

If you already have a high protien diet research carbs. Carbs will put weight on you, if you have the protein to go with it. One or the other will not do much alone, it's the combination of carbs and protein that cause most people to gain weight.

Just make sure you are balancing your good carbs with a healthy amount of protien and hit the weight room. Just like people that want to lose weight, you will have to put a lot of work into gaining weight, just make sure you are doing it in a healthy way.

I hope this helps you. My family has been going through the same thing as you have been. Even the girls get teased for being too thin.

You're thin because of your high metabolic rate, which is higher during your developmental years and slows as you age. Eating more will not add bulk as your body will just burn off the excess calories as heat. Your best bet is to lift weights and do strength training to add muscle mass. Don't start eating a ton of food now as this could lead to bad dietary habbits in the future. As your metabolism slows down with age, those extra calories will catch up to you.

Protein shakes, any Heathfood Store or vitamin store (GNC) should be able to recommend the best for your body, but you HAVE to work out to build muscle or else your body will make that protein into fat. Use the workouts the guy above me said

eat eat eat! there are lots of protein shakes out there that'll help you gain weight. make sure you eat lots of protein and carbs. i'm not sure how active you are but start working out and putting on some muscle. it is much denser than fat so that'll help you gain weight as well. the key part though is that you supply your body with lots and lots of food.

Try drinking Boost with extra calories at meal times along with your meal. I had a Foster Daughter that was underweight due to neglect and this is what we did and she slowly started gaining and now she is right where she should be.
