For about 4 years now I have been bleaching my upper lip because I was afraid that waxing it would result in darker, more coarse hair growing back. Now that area of my lip is very very pale from all the bleaching. I have been properly informed on waxing so I am going to try that and I was wondering if I will be able to tan and get my lip back to a normal shade. When I blush or my face gets red, that part of my lip stays pale so I am afraid that I have killed all the pigment cells and it will be forever "white", no matter how much tanning I do. Can someone please help me?? It is so embarassing! :( Not to mention I am white as a ghost because I did not want to tan my body and then just have this white mark about my lip haha. I do not want to be translucent anymore...

Yes you should be able to tan you lip area to match the rest of your face. The bleaching has just faded the pigment of your skin. I would not suggest using a self tanner as these types of products normally "streak" or turn you orange depending on the quality of the product. Most self tanners you find in Walmart are not worth a crud. try going to your local tanning salon and buying a quality tanning product (Natural) No DHA. and a facial tannign cream specifically made for facial skin. My company makes on our products are called Tanology. you can only buy them in the salon so you wont find it anywhere but there. however the results you will get froma quality product like this is night and day to what you buy in Walmart.

I would be happy to help you find a salon near you.
Good luck

people tan all the time. Im sure its bad but the way the body works, since so many generations are doing it, in about a 100 years people will be immune to it. Bleaching is something different. I don't know of one person who does that, do you? Last time i checked bleach sounds terrible. I would ask why you would need to do either. But if watched on my answers black girls say they like their white guys tanned. So if it helps your range of dating go for it. Don't know why anybody would bleach their skin? do you?

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.

The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/VRjKO

Hello dear!

Please, stop bleaching any part of your body!
Chlorine, the basic ingredient of bleach, can cause severe results to your body!
