I'm not sure if I get 'fired up' but it is sad to see people attack others of different religion or non-religion.

I think the idea of religion as a whole is most understood. I was quite bothered when I first came on YA because I was disapointed in my fellow Atheists. I wanted to send them all messages telling them that they are why we are the most untrusted minority. But, I also noticed that other religions are equally as insulting and biased. I just wish people could accept others.

I usually ask silly questions when I'm in a fun mood. I like to ask riddles. :)

I think I've only asked one or two serious questions.

I definitely laugh out loud at some of the answers (and questions).

I don't ever feel like giving up becuase that would imply that I had a goal or some type of a quota. Though, sometimes the crazy people make me turn off my computer for the night. . .

Haven't cried from somthing on YA

Havent' prayed

I do listen, especially to views other than mine. I find it interesting.

Yes, I read all the answers so I can discuss those in mine if needed.

Yes, I read all details.

I do think I've gained some knowledge. I know now that some Christians or Catholics still judge people of different religion as well as some Atheists and Agnostics judge the Christians and Catholics. However, I have also learned that while people may do it on here on a daily basis, not every Christian, Catholic, Atheist, or Agnostic is judgmental, some are just interested.

I didn't know of the stereotypes, so I guess not.

No, I don't feel left out.

**** This was a fun question! Just ignore the insulting comments of some of the answerers' *****

I AM A CHRISTIAN
What topic gets you the most "fired up":
Well it takes a lot for me to get "fired up" but I can't stand when there are Christians on here claiming that the KJV is the BEST or the ONLY true version.

What are you most passionate about:
Theology. Studying the Bible to discover the character of God.

What idea do you think is most misunderstood:
The Theology and Purpose of the Creation account. See my questions for my view.

When you are in a fun mood do you ask fun questions:
Rarely I ask fun questions. Since questions cost me points I dont' ask a whole lot and I tend to limit them to actual questions I am pondering.

When you are "fired up" do you ask more serious questions:
No. Like I said it takes a lot for me to get "fired up" and when I am fired up I just leave longer answers.

Do you laugh out loud at some of the funny questions here on Yahoo Answers:
Yes I do. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't be because I am a Christian and they may be inappropaite it. But I admit it. I do!

Do you sometimes feel like giving up:
Yes. I spend a lot of time on here. I think I probably should give Yahoo! Answers up. Who knows this may be my last answer ever.

Do you cry:
Yes I cried this morning. Had an emotional breakdown. Its been a long time since I had one..it was strange.

Do you pray:
Regularly, mutiple times a day.

Do you listen:
Yes. I think listening is one of my best characteristics.

Do you read all the answers:
If I asked the question yes. If I am answering the question I will sskim most of the answers. Depends on how many answers there are and how long those answers are.

Do you read the details to all the questions before you answer them:
Usually, if its like a page long, then I just answer the original question or point.

Do you think you've gained any knowledge from your time here:
Um possibly. I think I have learned that I know less about the evolutionary theory then I thought I did, even though I have always believed it to be a valid theory in parts.

Do you think the mold of the stereotype has been broken:
Never. This category only supports the stereotypes that people apply to Christians and Athiest. Once in awhile it is broken but defienitly not completely.

Do you feel like you're left out of the inside joke:
Ummmm who is the Spagetti Monster? LoL

None really gets me fired up - it's the overall theme of the section that I love.

I'm most passionate about spreading the sacred Bulldada in the name of "Bob" and Eris.

I think Christians fail to understand that their religion is only one of many, and that there's really nothing special about it.

I'm collecting points, so I don't ask many questions.

See my last answer.

I don't just laugh at the questions, but at some of the answers as well.

I haven't felt like giving up, just taking a break.

I haven't cried over this section yet.

I pray for God to make the Christians smarter, and to give them an understanding of basic logic.

I tried listening, but I didn't hear anything, so I just puyt on some music.

I read the details if the question seems important. If it's obviously a dumb question, I give a smartass answer without lookign any deeper.

I've definitely learned a lot from reading and answering questions here.

I don't know what stereotype you're referring to.

I didn't know there was an inside joke.

i get most fired up about the stereotypical questions toward islam.

i guess i'm most passionate about my religion

there are many ideas misunderstood about all religions but i notice more about islam and then that most people dont understand evolution

i dont know about fun questions but sometimes try to give answers that are not completely serious. but i like fun questions

yes i laugh out loud a lot

everyday

i sometimes feel sad or get pissed off at some of the questions or answers but i have never cried or anything. ok i lied. but only once!! and after 5 minutes i was laughing again i'm weird like that

i dont pray while being on here unless someone asks for a prayer

i do listen to every thought/answer/question

i read all the answers with an open mind. it doesn't have to be that i agree, but i should understand how they see the situation. if i dont, i would be a hypocrite

yes

i've gained knowledge about a lot but at the same time, people give different answers to the same question and so i get confused as to which one is the truest. how much is opinion and how much is fact?

i dont think sterotypes have been broken. at this point i think maybe some of them are not capable of being broken.
yes, sometimes i'm slow at catching on what people are talking about but after a while i get it

I am passionate about my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
The gospel is always misunderstood because people are trying to make it more complex when it is very simple to understand and not to mention beautiful.
I have asked several silly questions on here.
I do laugh out loud when I see something that strikes me into "ha ha" funny.
Sometimes I do feel like giving up- because I am weak a lot and when I feel this way I pray about it, and ask for the Lord's strength and He always gives it!
I do cry. But it has been a while. Well unless you consider getting teary eyed about something good.
I do pray- Yes!
I do listen, but sometimes I do not listen when I should be.
I do read all the answers to my questions but rarely to questions I am answering.
Most of the time I read all the details to the answers--if the questions is extremely long I usually skip it- unless it looks really good.
I come here to answer questions mainly and share God's truth with others.
mold of the stereotype?
I am the inside joke.

I really haven't found a topic I get "fired up" about yet.

Being honest.

Most misunderstood idea - Evolution. I don't know much about it myself... never claimed to be knowledgeable on it... but at least I try to read what they REALLY say about it and not just run with whatever so-n-so told me. Geez...

no

no

yes, actually I do. =)

Nope. I'm a stubborn *****.

Sometimes.

No.

Yes, unless I feel like I"m not being listened to.

Sometimes.

Yes. Sometimes it's hard to see where a person is coming from though.

Yes. I've learned some things about Evolution I didn't know before... and each time I was provided actual references for the information.

That mold will never be broken.

Nope. =)

What idea do I think is most misunderstood? That'd have to be evolution. I get so tried of seeing questions about "why are there still monkeys?

Yes, I love reading the funny questions and answers on here, some do make me laugh. I read through a lot of the answers, I'll admit I skip over the long copy pasted ones with loads of verses from the Bible or Koran.

Well, when you've been with us a little longer, you will learn that many people visit this site just to spew out hate and venom. Sad but true, and I will probably get a violation notice for telling the truth. Perfectly reasonable and considerate answers are given thumbs down, insults fly. I've even gotten threatening e-mail from some participants. Why can't we all just get along? Because apparently, we don't want to.

Fired up: depends on the day-too many topics to list.

Passionate about? Open-minded consideration of all worthy ideas. One of my pet peeves in R&S is atheists who claim they know there is no God based on logic (ignoring the fact that you cannot prove a negative absolutely) and then deny that atheism is a belief system. But that's just my current pet peeve.

Most misunderstood? Ardent Christians who do not push their beliefs on others. EDIT: I ought to include ardent Muslims and Jews in this category as well, as long as they don't push their beliefs on others.

Ask fun questions? Not much, but I tend to give fun answers.

Ask fired-up questions? Sometimes but not usually on a whim; I consider them first.

LOL? All the time

Giving up? sometimes, but that happens in every aspect of life

Cry? Not over Y!A!

Pray? I meditate

Listen? More than I talk

Read all the answers? No-I'd never finish and I'd never do anything else in life!

Read all details? Yes, to the best of my ability. Occasionally details are added while I am in the process of answering.

Gained any knowledge? Yes, especially from the Food section

Mold broken? More like cracked, repaired, cracked, broken, remade, stressed, cracked and remade again...ad infinitum

Left out of the inside joke? 99% of the time, but most jokes that require inside knowledge are not so much funny as they re-affirm a reward mechanism for being "in the know," and as such, they aren't as funny as universal jokes.
