Pasta Shells with Tuscan Tuna:

8 ounces uncooked medium seashell pasta (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 (7-ounce) bags white albacore tuna in water

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain pasta in a colander over a bowl, reserving 2 tablespoons cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan. Add reserved 2 tablespoons cooking liquid, onion, and remaining ingredients; toss well.

You could try a tuna pasta bake. Schwartz do a good sauce mix for it. Just add milk to the sauce and stir it into chopped onion, mushrooms and tuna. Cover mix with cheese and pop in the oven. Very simple. Very tasty...

My boyfriend does a great tuna pasta. He cooks fusili pasta then adds in tuna, prawns, mushrooms and a bit of green pesto sauce. Cook on a low heat for a couple of minutes then serve and add a bit of grated cheese on top and a sprinkle of black pepper. Yum Yum!

Cooked onion, sweetcorn (if you're not keen on that, anything else you fancy) and tuna add to pasta and stir in homemade cheese sauce, sprinkle cheese on top and brown under the grill. Real comfort food and very tasty.
