There was a recent study that cited the benefits of the antioxidants in coffee. Just like with anything else, moderation is the key. If you drink 10 cups a day, the negatives will probably outweigh the benefits. Excess caffeine isn't good, and if you don't drink your coffee black, you're adding fat, sugar or some artificial version of them, which isn't good either. For most people, a cup or two a day won't hurt anything.

NO .it's no good at all.I use to drink coffee up until last year because when ever i drank it i would feel sick afterwards. I'd feel weak, dizzy, and just horrible liek i was going to die..i knew it was the coffee cus whenever i drank it i felt that way so i just stopped drinking it..and it speeds up ur heart rate. its no good for u ..caffeine is no good for you.

Yeah, I too read a Yahoo article on it, which said it was very beneficial and that it actually brings out what your most good at. It makes you more efficient.

everybody immune system is different. i have seen some people get hyper from drinking coffee daily or become dizy.

Caffiene studies have demonstrated that it ages skin. However, there are studies as well that demonstrate caffiene is good for Alzhiemer's and may be a preventative.

in small amounts i have read that it is actually good for you.

the key word bieng SMALL amounts.

HOWEVER this applies to men as I have also read that caffine can increase certain cancer risks in women as they get older.
