Assuming the "Tinned Beans" are not baked beans. Combine the beans and the tomatoes with some seasoning(parsley, sage), salt and pepper into a pot and simmer. This will be a side dish.
Saute the Spinach in a skillet with olive oil if you have it with 2 smashed cloves of garlic until done. Put that aside. Take your chicken fillets and season with whatever spices you choose and then saute in the skillet until browned on all sides. In a baking disk put a bed of spinach for each Fillet and the place the chicken on top of the spinach. Hopefully you have some cheese as well. Put some cheese on top of each fillet and then bake the chicken at 400 for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Plate the chicken with the bed of spinach and server the bean dish on the side. Sounds like a winner and shouldn't take too much time.

Microwave the potatoes so they are part cooked.
Cut open and scoop out the inside.
Mix the inside with a little milk and some chopped peppers and onions. Until Mash like.
Bake the skins until crispy.
Add the mash back to the skins and heat up. (Cheese is good here).
Then chop the tinned toms with mushroom seasoning.
Grill the pork chops with added salt pepper and maybe some thing spicy if you like.
Heat the tom sauce.
Pour over pork chops
serve with pots and any other veg you fancy.
Alternatively yell.com for local take away.

Chicken cacciatore. Saute up the fillets and set aside. Then saute the tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and peppers, and add the chicken back in to finish cooking, about 20 mins. Add wine if you have it or use water if you don't. Serve over the noodles. Spinach would be a nice side dish with that.

okay... if you have a food processor... toss a few slices of bread into it and make bread crumbs. Season these bread crumbs. In a bowl, beat one egg and about 2 tablespoons of milk. Dip either chicken or pork chops in the egg mixture, and then into the bread crumb mixture coating thoroughly. Preheat skillet with about 1/4 cup of oil and fry the pork chops or chicken filets until golden brown on both sides.
for a side dish, sauté peppers, onions, spinach (with the fluid squeezed if frozen... wilted, and with fluid squeezed out if fresh), and tinned mushrooms in a small amount of oil or butter (if you have it) in a skillet. When vegetables have softened and heated through, toss the pre-cooked noodles into the pan and sauté until all items are cooked thoroughly.
Hope you find this helpful :-)

Stir fry of chicken with the frozen peppers, onions and spinach and a few of the tinned muchrooms. Serve with the noodles?
Or braise the chicken in the tinned tomatoes (add some dried herbs if you have any) and serve with mashed potatoes.
Oh look, we could be twins ;-)

How about a chicken stir fry with noodles, peppers, mushrooms, onions and spinach? Very healthy - oh but could do with a plash of soy!
Have a nice dinner!

Not a lot by the looks of your store cupboard - I mean, chicken and pork chops aren't exactly that difficult, so pop down the road to the chippy or do yourself eggs on toast. You'll freeze the whole house if you try thawing any of that mountain of frozen stuff to eat tonight.
