yes it will as long as you work out hard. hard mean your legs were so tired, you can not walk after you done excercising.alot of people make mistakes by excercising light and focus on the clock. DO NOT DO THIS. squad excercise is good for your butt and thighs. NEVER take advice from out of shape people such as celebrities. GOOD LUCK
