i am makeing amish frendship bread and i cant get the 1 box of vinilla instant pudding what is something that i can use insted?

You can use chocolate pudding, white chocolate pudding, banana pudding, etc. They all work nicely. You could also try adding almond extract instead of vanilla extract. It tastes wonderful.

Sorry - I've never made the bread with out the pudding - I think it's just in there for added moisture - so it's more cake like.
I can't imagine the traditional bread had instant pudding in it though - I can't see the Amish having instant pudding in their cupboards.
Try with out it. It might be a little dryer, but it should work. Good luck
