I sincerly believe the Prophet (PBUH) did excactly what he was supposed to do in that situation. He did nothing wrong but fulfilled his lust within the confines of marriage. This is an example to all man kind.
Really, what would you advocate him to do? Rape the woman or solicate her for sex?
As far as the woman being ready to have sex with her husband, who cares that is her husband, she had sex with him, and the story did not give any negative statements about the matter.
Just take the story for what it is and the moral it represents. Maybe his companions heard her mourns of joy. But does it say? No! So I guess we will never know.
I do not believe the religion of Islam is for man kind...but I do believe the religion is there to cause people to llive correctly and eventually, many years from now, bring people to a purer form of Judaism as we know it.

i'm not a Muslim, but i know smthing abt the Islamic religion...maybe the whole point was denatured, maybe is not lust is abt maybe is a misinterpretation....
1. maybe they think the obvious lets not forget in which time were they living. So from this point of view its open to discussion(like did Jesus had kids with maria Magdalena?)
2.well he wasn't the Son Of God so being human it was natural to him. He was however a role model and he make by his actions sm statements.(like marry a divorced woman, etc)
3.Maybe he had smthing urgent to tell his wife.
4.Well back then man was in charged more then now so for sure nothing matter more then him.(although its said that prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, treated his wife very good and they had a word to say).......
So i think is better what do u think abt the matter but anyway as long as his message was one of love and goodness does it really matter his personal life?... Ppl are most of the time confusing the life with VIP's with the life of the holly ppl.

Obviously u can read Arabic, and everything is clearly written beneath the Hadith...and it was obvious the reason why Mohammed (PBUH) did so..
So what's your point??
O and btw there's a Hadith by Aisha saying that the Prophet is great when it comes to controlling his lust.. and she is his youngest wife..
Plus sex was talked about freely and do not forget they used to live in mudhouse..don't you think everyone knew what everyone else was doing ?
Do not forget that Mohammad was merely a man..
Married couples have rights in sex... meaning that if a married woman wanted to have sex her husband must give her so because it is her right..and vice versa...sex at any time needed without any legal barrier ( such as periods and illnesses)

1st it's about worshiping and believing in one God.
2nd, what u think is wrong, to God is not that big deal. Sollomon and David had many women and that never stop them from being a prophet from God.
3rd, Muhammad is a human being,
[94] And nothing prevented men from believing when the guidance came to them, except that they said: "Has Allâh sent a man as (His) Messenger?"
Quran 17:94
4th, Muhammad is teaching his companions that it's better to release your desire with your wife, than to release it in a forbidean manner. and nothing wrong with that.

There are lots of sites on net which are spreading lots of confusion about Islam and prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and i am not supposed to believe on every bulshit story about Religion Islam. Even some Muslims out of their ignorance are helping in spreading those stories.
One very simple example i want to give is that the age of Prophet's wife Hazrat Aysha. Some claim that she was a kid of 7 yr old when got married but in fact she was a grown up woman when she married to Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)
Even Muslims clergy men are spreading this false thing out of their ignorance.
So please try to investigate any thing about Islam before posting it in front of yahoo community.
Though i know ur aim of posting any question about Islam is to spread confusion about Islam and not to explore any knowledge,( your questions history shows that) but still its my advice to explore the truth about any issue before posting.

1°) He told them cause later on he even suggested them to do the same
2°) I dont know, I'm not a guy, but still, stupid quesiotn ( no offence)
3°) Forgot what the question was
4°) If she wsnt okay with it, din't worry, she would have told him to wait for a while.
And as you "real" question must be, here's the answer : no, women in Islam aren't objects for men to "use".

You have answered your own question. If he had any control he would have waited until he had finished speaking with his companions.
