I know she is going to be a big dog but I wasn't sure what size crate to get her. I know they come in different dimensions but wasn't sure if anyone had an idea for me, as I am not too familiar with bloodhounds. Thanks

You can get very large crates with adjustable dividers. This way you can adjust the size of the area as she grows.

My bloodhound has the giant size varikennel. If you buy the size that will fit her as an adult, be sure to put a divider in it until she is grown. The dimensions are 48 x 32 x 35.

These kennels are enormous. You might be able to get away with the XL, as rottweilers aren't typically as tall as bloodhounds.

I would be surprised if your dog is this mix. Typically shelters will see a black and tan dog and call it a rott, doberman or bloodhound mix.

If that's what the puppy is really mixed with your going to have a big hairy, smelly dog laying around the house. That drools! Get a plastic airline crate so it can't shake goobers off onto your walls.
Bloodhounds are smelly no matter how clean you keep them. I know i groom professionally for a living, nothing make them smell good for more then a day. And rotties shed like mad. Both breeds can drool and the hounds can bay till your ears bleed. On the positive side both have nice temperaments and are very likely to be quite friendly.
Best wishes with the new pup, see your vet and get it fixed as soon as possible. No need to breed.

There are crates that come with a divider so you can adjust the size and the crate can grow with your puppy. I would get a crate size that is designed for Rottie size.

The Rotts are bigger than the bloodhounds. I would go for a size that fits the Rotts to be sure there is room.

if she's still a puppy, get one that fits her now and will fit her for a few months. You'll need to buy new crates as she grows. If you get a large one now, it won't feel as "safe" for her.
