In a air tight container, or zip loc bag, it should last 2-4 months.

If you have a vacuum packer like Tila food saver, a year or more.

A good freezer should be between 0 and 20 degrees F.

The main enemy of food in the freezer is air. When air is present, frost and freezer burn make the food soggy and ugly. It is still eatable, but the taste may be a little diffrent.

Wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer will be good for at least 3 months, but no more than 6.

Don't worry about temperature, frozen is frozen.

I would first wrap the pie in heavy duty aluminum foil and then place it in a large hefty zip lock freezer bag, then place it in my freezer. I would think if it is wrapped well you could keep it for 3-4 months.
