I would say it depends on your body structure,build,God didn't make everyone to be small in size(skinny) that's why we are all different,.I am 5'7 and weigh around 225,but because I am solid in weight I carry my weight well....I get all the time oh you look like you only weigh about 180 pds ,if I i actually lost 25-30 pds I would look like i weigh about 150 pds,I don't care about the weight scale the dr's go by with your height and weight,because it is unrealistic,so you make the call,if you are comfortable within your body then go with it,if not ,then do your thang and work it out!,I hope I was able to help.

Age and bone structure is also a factor as to judging how much weight one should lose. Not knowing this about you but just in general, I would suggest at least 20 to 30 lbs. Same height as you and I had to lose that much to be at a good weight of 128lbs.
Remember muscle weighs more than fat and looks better so diet alone isn't enough

Im 5'3 and weigh 171, I just lost 11lbs. in the last two weeks and my goal is to be around 135. What you need to weigh depends on what would make you happy hun. Men like women of all sizes so be true to you. Im told I look just fine but I dont feel it so Im doing what it takes to make me happy and no one else. Good Luck!

I'm an inch shorter at 5'4" with a medium frame and my doc would like me to wiegh between 143 and 149. I don't but I would like to.
