Cut out your sodas or anything with caffeine. Drink only water. I used to do this two weeks before my pageants, gymnastics and cheerleading competetions. I would usually drop about 8-10 lbs. It is crazy how much fluid you retain from all of the sodium, sugar and caffeine in sodas. And exercise never hurt.

if you need to lose weight for a pagent then you dont want to KEEP IT OFF. so the fastest way is to sweat it out. go and excersize with heavy clothes on or go to a sauna and sweat your water weight out. dont over do it and watch what you eat. no starchy carbs they hold water. watch your salt intake too. and you can lose a considerable amout of weight. this is what wrestlers and fighters do to make weight, they can lose 20 lbs or more in a week or so.the only problem is that you will gain it back FAST. they best way to keep it of is to do it the right way portion control excersize and slowly lose weight 2-3 lbs a week.
but if your in a pinch ... go to a fighters sight and ask how to cut weight? good luck

I lost 21lbs in 7 weeks. I had loads of energy, didn't feel hungry and have kept the weight off for 6 years now!! It was on a diet recommended to me by a friend.
It's not a crash diet - but it works well and you won't put the weight back on.
Have a look at the website below for more info.

There's an "herbal slimming tea" available that should be at a drug store near you - good for quickly dropping a few excess pounds.

excercise until you sweat. do it twice a day. if you don"t like all others lazy, out of shape females, you are wasting your time . stay away from fat, creamy, butter, and fry food. eat like a bird if you can. (ever see a fat bird flying around ?)
