When I get happy, excited for any reason, I let myself go and eat as much of whatever I want... today I got excited because of my test scores (they were high) and I ate 6 donuts not caring... but now I do, and I know my waistline is gonna suffer for it... *sigh*

Does anyone else do this when they get really happy ?

It's normal to want to celebrate or even 'party' a little when something good happens- such as getting good test scores. Don't beat yourself for it.

But if it really bothers you, find another way to celebrate- such as dancing! Not only will you feel good, you will burn calories instead of add to them.

I generally go the opposite route head right for the Ben and Jerry's when I'm super stressed I would definitely try to find a better way to celebrate it's gonna catch up with you or at least limit your celebration 6 donuts is crazy hate to see what would happen if you won the lottery!!! It sucks tho emotional eating is not an easy habit to break.
