Does anyone know where I can get my hair braided for like $12 to 15 dollars in Seattle?

I was wondering if anyone in the Seattle area knows of a person or someone that does cornrows and braids really cheap, Im talking like $12 to $15 dollars the salons are to expensive for me.

at someone's home..they usally braid it for ten dollars...
you can ask around who braids hair...it does not have to be done in a shop...it can be done at their home....we do that here down south...
