The emulsion has been broken.
Drain the oil into a cup, put the mayo in a food processor and pulse a few times. If more oil seperates, drain into the cup.
In a bowel, whisk an egg until it turns lighter and fluffy, then add a few drops of the oil and continue to wisk. Gradually (very slowly!) drizzle the oil into the egg mixture while whisking continually. Once all of the oil is incorporated, slowly incorporate the egg mixture into the mayo with the food processor on a medium setting.

I am not sure if this will work, but once it's thawed in the fridge, try using a wire whisk and whipping it back together. It may just be better to replace it, I hope it wasn't homemade. If it was just store mayo, maybe just buy a new jar. I am also not sure if it is safe to use since mayo is so perishable, it may have broken down.
Good luck!

what the f---? are you serious? you're asking this? how much does mayo cost? how fu----- poor are you? stop buying internet and buy food, mayonnaise even. Sign up for free and reduced lunch. If you have enough time in your day to worry so much about nyour mayonniase that you're asking this, I pity you. Stop wasting your local public library's time and let other homeless people who actually need to use the computers to look for work use them.
and refreeze your mayo and make it a mayo popcicle.

The emulsion has separated. You could put it in the blender and whip it up again but it's gonna be easier to just chuck it and get a new jar.
