No, if you don't see any more road signs telling you what to do, you should pull over immediately and wait for police or firemen to come to your assistance. Human beings aren't capable of making these sorts of decisions on their own such as where to turn, where to go, how fast is safe for the conditions. You just have to sit back and obey the signs, and try not to think too much by keeping your music loud and your cigarette lit. I suggest you should try to stay home from now on, or failing that stick to public transport and taxis.

Sure you can,if there're no signs or speedlimits..That means no many cars are passing from that road. But be aware of the danger and don't drive as a crazy driver.Good luck anyway
