Going down this path takes great caution and control. It is easy to get absorbed into the moment until it is controlling you and not the other way around. Proceed only if you are willing to face the dangers. Many unsurfaced emotions lie in these pursuits.

You don't say whether the third party is M or F. It she is F then it should be easy as many men have that fantasy, though only a few of us have lived it, hehe. If the third party is M talk to him. If it is one of his friends it would probably be better. Many men like the idea of sharing their women with another man. It's sort of like taking him for a ride in you luxury sports car when your friend is driving an Escort--a way to say "check out what I have, enjoy the ride, but it's still mine." If after talking he seems interested maybe you could watch some MMF porn or look for a swingers club and just go and hang out and watch; it is not obligatory to participate.
If his reaction is a strong NO even after discussing it then you might be better just dropping the subject until you get a new bf. So men get insecure about these things.

People often think that group sex is something that they can handle with ease. Are you mature enough to accept all the possible side-effects of this type of sexual conduct? Are you tolerant enough to put up with the very different sexual attitudes you can encounter with the other parties? Are you patient enough to cope with the frustration of a failed attempt at reaching your goal? Can you withstand the possible lowered self image you can get from the differences found through the virtue of comparison? Could you handle the fact that your boyfriend could become more interested or attached to the other participamt? Can your boyfriend handle either sex as the third party? Are you totally comfortable with your own body and sexuality? Could your or your boyfriend handle the possibility of a bisexual experience? Are you morally immune to the guilt this can cause? Do you have the stamina?
Many people don't even consider all the implications that group sex can have. There are many risks involved. I am not saying that it is impossible, I'm just saying you have to consider many things before getting into it.
I have been married 20 years and have enjoyed the shared privelege of enjoying group sex in a very controlled and exclusive manner. My wife and I have been with both another man and another woman and have come to enjoy the benefits of such conduct without the negative consequences this could bring.
Think about the above before getting serious about group sex. It is not for everyone but if it is right for you and you partner, go for it, you won't regret it.

As the first poster said, If it's a guy, it's not gonna happen, if it's a girl, then your chances are good. However, if it is a serious relationship, that may not be a good idea, as it may spawn jealousy. The 3rd party is a tool only, they are a prop, they are not part of the relationship, nor can they ever be. If emotional feelings on anyones part develop about the 3rd party, it will likely doom the relationship.

if its a girl then just mention to him any guy would gladly do another girl with his gf because we (as a male gender) have problems. However, if it is another male then it is out of the question (unless hes up for that and then i suppose its not) and i wouldnt even bother bringing it up.

This is probably not a "convince" type of thing. Either he's open to it or he's not. You will likely mess up what you have if you force him into it.
