What conditions were the pictures taken under? Do you smoke? Was it cold outside when the pics were taken?

These are just some of the questions that need to be answered before saying you've taken a picture of a ghost. Also, in the first picture, the orb I'm assuming you think is a ghost could be nothing more than a reflection of moisture or even dust on the lens of your camera. Secondly, in the first picture to the lower right hand side, there is a bright white light which seems to be a product of reflection as well.
The mist in the second picture doesn't really hold any weight either. It could be a puff of cigarette smoke or even the effect of "blowing smoke" on a cold evening.
Please give details to determine the validity of your pics.

Sorry to burst your bubble or shall I say orb.The first photo that you have is commonly refered to as an orb. These orbs are quite prevalent in digital photography and can be read about in more detail here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orbs_and_Digital_Photography A lot of people claim these are spirits, but they can be easily reproduced either with a simple spray bottle set to mist, or by photographing in a somewhat dusty room.
The second one illustrates the point that where you were photographing had a lot of condensation in the air. That misting is nothing but condesation which again is the cause of the first picture in which you photographed the orb. Anyway it was still fun looking at the photos.

Yes, ghosts or spirits do exist. But you didnt meet up with one that night, sorry. The first pic is lens flare. The second pic looks like smoke or steam. But no ghost.

There are no such things as ghosts.

You need to come up with a practical, logical, and evidentiary way to explain your images.
