Do not crash diet. If you do, the weight will come back faster than you lost it, and you will gain more than you lost.

I lost 21lbs in 7 weeks. I had loads of energy, didn't feel hungry and have kept the weight off for 6 years now!! It was on a diet recommended to me by a friend.
It's not a crash diet - but it works well and you won't put the weight back on.
Have a look at the website below for more info.

Crash dieting isn't recommended because your metabolism gets all out of wack and you end up gaining the weight back plus more.

However, you can make the famous Cabbage Soup and use it to replace your snacking items. The soup is hot, filling and good for you and best of all low in calories. You can eat as much as you like. I suggest you add this to a sensible eating plan that contains enough protein and complex carbohydrates to keep you feeling satisfied.
Another good tip is to cut out any foods that are white: white breads, white rice, white macaroni. Use whole wheat or brown rice instead. Also eliminate anything with white sugar in it. Limit dairy products to only those low in fat or fat free.
And EXERCISE!

losing weight too fast can actually be worse for you. You should probably only lose 5 lbs the first week then 2 lbs every week after. Drink alot of water be active and eat healy small portions 3-5 times a day. If you need a extra boost check out the following site ; http://applepatchdiet.com/wk13936......
