I am looking for restaurants who are interested to purchase fresh water fishes, shrimps, and squids from Laguna De Bay.

If your interested in selling to restaurants you need to meet with the manager. if they use your products now ask where they get them and be prepared to provide samples of what you offer. They are looking for quality first ,a steady reliable source they can count on second (nothing worse than advertising a special and not getting it 'fresh') and then price. If it is not something they use try suggesting they try something as a daily special that way they are not commited to you long term. if your product is good (and it sells) they will be seeking you out for more. good luck
