This guy and I had a relationship of eight months. We broke up half a year ago but we remain friends. The other day he asked if I would invite him to my wedding when I do get married one day. I didn't answer him and asked if he would invite me to his wedding. He said yes. I told him I might not go then he said that's so sad.
Why does he want us to be at each other's weddings? Does that mean he is over me now.

He however sometimes tells me he was thinking about me and would like to meet me again sometime. He even has offered to buy me dinner when I visit Paris in the summer. ( He has moved to Ireland ). He talks about meeting me up when he comes back home for vacation.

Does he still have feelings for me or ...is he over me now?

I'm sure he will always have a spot in his heart for you however this sounds more like a friendship to me, someone he obviously enjoys spending time with. If he were closer who knows it could possibly turn into something more. Consider yourself lucky you guys could remain friends after breaking up says a lot for both of your characters. Cherish it. GL

From what I can tell he has moved away and he does have feelings for you but long distance relationships are hard. He just doesn't know how to handle it. But it also could be he just wants to know if you will be there if he needs someone to talk to and share things with if he has nobody else to share it with. I would just ask him about it. It is better to know then wonder.

He is unsure of his feelings for you and thus wants to meet up to see if the sparks are still there. Even though there is still hope, i will advise you to give up. Because if he realises that there are no sparks left and leaves you again, you're just going back to square one and you're never ever going to be able to move one.

If this is truly happening neither of you should be getting married. You are still both way to easily distracted by other possibilities...

Yes, it means he is over you.
Absolutely, as over as seeing you as a harmless person at his wedding, if you have feelings for him, I do not think you should see him until you are over him as well.

He still has feelings for you but I don't think he know how to show it. I think he might be confused on what he wants.

I think he's just trying to get 3rd input from you. Can't blame him.
