Hiya, Try www.theanimalhouserescue.co.uk. Its not quite in Sutton Coldfield but not too far away. They are a small home based rescue centre and all of my cats came from there when they were kittens. They rescue kittens/cats/dogs etc and only charge a small fee for cats or kittens. All of mine came to me fully house trained and well used to being around people.

Yes, it is legal. The kittens are probably very cute too. But it isn't kind, because there are so many homeless kittens out there already. There is nothing to worry about, though.

try going to http://craigslist.com and find your specific local area. There alot of kittens {other pets too} in need of homes posted there daily.

Please try to save a cats life - go to your local pet shelter - RSPCA etc. Please rescue a cat/kitten...
