I always wonder, if you ladies give a guy your phone number, and the guy leaves a message to call him back. why don't you call him back, why waste your time or his, by giving your phone number in the first place.

I think it goes on the other way around,too! Some women give their phone numbers to men and never get called back! It depends on the person! That has nothing to do with men or women!
Some people do this in order to liven up their self esteem, others because they change their minds! I don't agree on putting people in categories!

Once in a while I have done this just to see if they would call. I didn't necessarily want to talk to them it was more of a game to see how many guys would call. Other reasons was because I was to scared to call them back if I did really like them, or I just didn't want to be rued to them and tell them to get lost and was not quick enough to give a fake one. Maybe they have been busy and haven't had time to call you back. I would only try one more time if they don't call u back after that move on. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

depends on the message left by the caller. how you talk, the stuff you say, your sincerity can give better rates of success of calls returned.
