I'm going to assume this is a serious question and answer accordingly. The fish sign is used as a "Christian" symbol to represent those who are "fishers of men" This means they are those who follow Christ's teaching, to tell others the Gospel. so they too can come to know Jesus personally and become Christians. The Gospel being, Christ died for our sins, was buried, came back to life and lives as our intercessor with God forever. We only need to trust Him, repent (be sorry) and ask for forgiveness for our sins and we will be saved...from eternal damnation (hell). People who display this symbol are saying "I know Jesus" do you?

To me it loods like the "ichthys" or "Jesus fish". which is a symbol that represents Christianity.
