Go abroad? If it´s for study reasons I think it´s better to study abroad first and afterwards think of a good marriage.
If you want to make a long trip in Europe for example you could do it together with your partner after marriage.
It´s not good to marry and leave your partner back alone at home while you go abroad for a long while for any reason.

Well, you'll get married when the time is right, after of course you have met that 'special someone'. As far as when shall you go abroad? Hmm...well, I would suppose when the opportunity arises and you can afford to.
