Many of you out there believe the Bible is false. I just want to understand how all of you believe it was created, thoroughly. I want to know why people did not object to the writings, what really happened, and everything please. Thank you

I would not say that the Bible is false, but here is some biblical history. The Torah was written from oral stories told for at least a hundred years.

There were books added later on written by others and we are not always sure who wrote them or who added them. Some of the books were removed when the Christians added the New Testament to the books of the Bible.

The New Testament writers wrote their books some years after the death of Jesus. They appear to have varied their stories and perhaps adjusted them to match how they felt.

There is also reason to believe that some of the letters in the New Testament attributed to Paul may not have been written by him, but by someone who lived years after Paul. It was common for writers to publish works in the name of a famous writer in order to get the work to a larger audience. Some of the letters do not fit Paul's writing style or match his attitudes toward society.

Throughtout the years many scribes made copies of the text of the Bible, but between the scribes and the people they worked for many changes in the text were made.

King James ordered his own version of the Bible and this version appears to have more errors than any other version of the Bible. Unfortunately, because the king ordered it, it was the most widely used version of the Bible for more than a hundred years.

Take care,
Troy

First of all, your premise that people did not object to the writings in the Bible is false. If everyone had agreed on them, all the variability in the history and the teachings of Jesus as seen in the many Gnostic gospels wouldn't exist. The fact is that the early Church leaders did not agree on the various tenets of Christianity nor the books included in the Bible. The Council of Nicaea was all about ironing those differences out.

No one knows what really happened and never will. The early Church confiscated and destroyed any writings they found that disagreed with the Biblical course of events and the tenets of Christianity as they saw them. They also attempted to exterminate anyone who followed traditions of Christianity other than the Roman one - witness the Albigensian Crusade and other such events. We have glimpses of what may have happened, due to the recovery of the Gnostic Gospels and other documents of that era, but the changing of the truth by the church was pretty complete.

Bible: created by COuncil of Nicea under the authority of constantine. Bible is not one book, but a collection of smaller books, compiled to make one book. Just because someone says the bible is the word of God doesnt mean its true, after all Bria doesnt judge a book by its cover, Holy bible is anything but, written in bloodshed, and maybe original copy written in blood.
