I have the perfect recipe guarenteed to please and be highly addictive...make sure you combat yourself as all your guests will want either the recipe or they will want you to make it at every gathering....This I promise
Go to the store and get a container of Fluff. Its usually by the peanut butter and Jennys or by the ice cream topings. Get a tub of soft cream cheese and hold it at room temp about an hour before prepping. Get 3 or 4 cans od canned tropical fruit (also is good with fresh strawberries. Take the fluff and the creamcheese and blend together. Its pretty sticky at first but it will losen up with motion. Take your friut and tooth pick peieces together and lay on a plate. Once the fluff mix is done put it in a little bowl nest to the fruit so they can dip away. It is amazing and everyone I have ever made it for loves it.....Good luck and although this recipe has no official name I call it fruit ala more....

Honey-Ginger Chicken Bites:
These bite-sized appetizers are steeped in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, ginger, citrus, and honey. The marinade is then reduced and used to glaze the chicken.
2/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 16 thighs)
Cooking spray
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake well. Add chicken; seal and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 425°.
Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Arrange chicken in a single layer on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, stirring once.
While chicken is cooking, strain marinade through a sieve into a bowl; discard solids. Place marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes; skim solids from surface. Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Add cornstarch mixture to pan, stirring with a whisk; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; pour glaze into a large bowl.
Preheat broiler.
Add chicken to glaze; toss well to coat. Place chicken mixture on a jelly roll pan; broil 5 minutes or until browned, stirring twice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
Yield: 12 servings (serving size: about 1 1/2 ounces)

Portabella Skins
Ingredients:
4 portabella mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices turkey bacon; crisply cooked (with nonstick spray) and crumbled
1 small tomato; seeded and chopped
1 tbsp. minced fresh chives
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray; set aside. Wipe mushrooms clean with a moist paper towel; let dry. Brush mushroom caps and edges with oil. Sprinkle stem-side with salt and pepper and place, rounded side down, on baking sheet. Divide cheese among mushroom caps and bake 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt and edges begin to brown. Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle bacon, tomato and chives over mushrooms. Return baking sheet to oven and cook an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are hot. If desired, cut into wedges and serve with toothpicks. Serves 4!
