I have over 150 cookbooks. My favorite Latin recipes come from:
"Healthy Latin Cooking" by Steven Raichlen. This book is a James Beard Award recipient.
"Spirit of the Earth: Native Cooking from Latin America" Great recipes of a traditional nature and interesting histories of the foods as they come from early Latin cultures.
The Williams Sonoma series "Mexican". Good recipes that are easy to make and have nice pictures.
If you're really into Latin cooking and can understand Spanish, there are also numerous excellent titles available. you might check amazon.com.

Latin Recipes by Ricky Martin...I believe it has a forward in the book by Jennifer Lopez...should be available at Barnes and Noble
