Try calling a salvage yard, they have interchange manuals, but can usually tell you without looking in them.
You can also post on a F150 forum, I think the biggest is www.f150online.com if that doesn't work google f150 forums.

Front will bolt on if used complete, some wiring splices will have to be made to adapt 92 headlamps and plamps to work on your 90. Front bumper mounting was done differently also buy if you are handy with a welder go buy a set of front frame horns off a 92 and cut/ reweld them to your front frame for a flawless fit or you could try to build from scratch the mounting brackets. Not a straight bolt up deal but if you are handy no problem. by the way there is no difference in the 90 to 92 boxes......

yes they will i have a friend that has made his old truck look a lot newer by doing this he even has the newer bed also ,most all of that stuff interchanges through those years,good luck.
