Would somebody know What kind of glue is used to glue handle back on. Thank You

Use of glue is not strong enough. You also need to use a metal pin. Drill holes on the stein and the handle using Dremel tool and insert a metal pin (i.e. heavy paper clip or metal hanger). It's equivalent to installing rebars before you pour concrete. Use two part epoxy as glue, stronger than crazy glue or gorilla.

You'll need to make sure all the bare spots are clean, then use expoxy or superglue. That's how I've repaired cups and mugs. I hope it's a decorative stein, because I still don't trust picking them up by the handle.
