Hello over the course of 2 years I lost a total of 75 lbs.
I have been excersing along the way. I can not get rid of the stomach flab. It just hangs. I do sit up on the excersise ball. I also do floor sit ups and yoga. I would like my stomach to be tone not a 6 pack i know that is out of the question. I don;t want the excess skin to just hang there. thanks

Doing sit ups and crunches will not make you lose the belly fat. You are building muscle under the fat. To lose the fat you will have to do cardio. When you do cardio it gets your heart pumping and you start to burn calories and fat. Once the fat is gone you can start doing the sit up you were talking about in the question and you can eventually get a 6 pack. Losing the fat might take a while, but It will be worth it after everything is said and done. Also, make sure you are eating right while you are trying to lost the fat. Good Luck.

CONGRATS on the weight loss first of all. Do you have fat there or is it just extra skin from all the weight loss?
If it's just extra skin I don't think there's really anyway to get rid of that without surgery.
As for the little "pooch" that most of us over the age of 16 have, I recommend Pilates. Works great for the bum too!
Good luck!
