Does anyone own a pizzaria that could tell me how much are the different cost to run it.?

I want to open a pizza place and I have no idea how much it costs per month for such things as Labor, food costs, utilities, insurance and so on. I will be selling a lot more than pizzas. I will have the following: Pizza subs pastas fried onion rings french fries macaroni n cheese bites wings chicken fried mushrooms mini tacos salads and more.
