i have half a pack of stale cigarettes and it seems a shame to waste it cos cigarettes are expensive in singapore. is it possible to suck or blow on the burning end and somehow re hydrate them?

I once saw a guy fishing them out of a urinal at rock concert. Later he seemed to have enjoyed them. I suggest you try that, say, at a bar during happy hour - a half hour in the urinal should do it.

I've never heard of a way to rehydrate stale smokes.
I would, even though it is a little expensive, just buy a new pack.
Or, take the stale *** taste and smoke em!
