WOMEN: Does zoloft cause changes in menstrual cycles?

I started zoloft 10 days ago and I am now late. No possibility of pregnancy so I am assuming its probably an effect of starting a new drug. Has anyone else experienced this?

i was on zoloft for a while, i never got any changes with my cycle, but anything is possible. talk it over with your doctor and ask them if it could be the meds. maybe they can run a few blood tests if not to make sure everything else is ok.

I never had any problems with my cycles when I took Zoloft for 2 and half years. Talk to your doctor about it.
