I have always been self concious about myself and this is something my fiance knows about. One day we were joking around and I said something about myself being hot and he said "No, you're just cute" So this morning I brought it up again and he said "What is the big deal about not being hot" Yet, he thinks other woman are hot. Than, he tried to tease me and be all over me saying "Oh come here you hot thing" So I asked him if that's what people do to hot woman and he said "yeah" So now I have to wonder if he isn't attracted to me. No, I'm not the best looking thing in the world, but I would like for my fiance to find me a little hot...no matter what I do he says I'm not...I'm just cute

Men are stupid (I should know I am one). Dont take it personally though, he obviously loves you. We like to say want we mean but dont realize that it may offend. It takes years of training for us to understand that women want to hear something other than the truth. Your man does care for you and is very attracted to you. Don't focus on the words that he is using but the love behind them. I know this doesn't make sense but trust me.

First of all your fiance is being a jerk by saying that but he is right about one thing, there's nothing wrong with being Cute. Of course everyone wants to be called Hott or sexy and him of all people should be able to say it but that doesn't mean he doesn't fiind you attractive. If he didn't find you attractive, do you think he would be with you? No he wouldn't. Instead of focusing and obsessing over whether he finds you attractive or not think about what attracted him to you in the first place. Was it you gorgeous eyes, sense of humor, fun personality? I'm sure is attracted to many things about you. Being hott isn't everything. You could be the sexiest woman in the world but if you start talking and your a complete ***** with no sense of humor then the guy isn't going to find you attractive anymore. Do you understand what I'm trying to say. And if your not sure what attracted him to you then ask him. I'm sure you'll be surprised!

FIANCE???? Chuck his smugg commenting &%^@ right out the door. Ask yourself ONE question!!!! How much do you value yourself, if you are willing to marry someone that thinks you are "CUTE"? The person that you marry should think you are a goddess, and that there is not a better person out there for him!!! There are millions of "HOT" people in this world, and if he doesn't put you in this catagory, find someone who does!! Don't waste your precious time!! Life is tooooooo short!!

If you haven't already figured it out, guys are wired different. Most of us will say things just to keep the conversation rolling, not realizing that almost everything we are saying is being analyzed by our female friends/significant others. Don't take it too seriously but watch for other signs that he may be losing interest.

whats the matter w/ being cute? cute is not the worst thing in the world to be. at least he didnt say ugly. men arent very good at expressing how they really feel. sometimes they say things and they dont actually mean how they sound, we take it wrong. whats important is that he loves you. just be happy w/ that. im sure if he thought you were ugly he wouldnt be w/ you to begin w/.

Ok, the term "hot" objectifies women. What your fiancee is not verbalizing well is that he sees you as his mate, the mother of his future children. As such, even though he is sexually attracted to you, you are not a sex object to him.

Being cute is okay. Not everyone can be "hot." Besides, you would get creepy, icky, guys trying to "paw" you all day and follow you like a rabid dog!

That was a JERK move on him part!! Also, very VERy rude of him! But he's with you because he loves you and if he loves you than that does mean he's attracted to you! So, perhaps let it slide and tell him things like that hurt your feelings and you don't like it, but don't be so sensitive, be greatful you have a man who loves you and didn't use you.
