Me? I am going to do NOTHING about it, other than enjoy the milder winters. I already bought an extra window unit last summer, so I'm going to sit back and laugh at all the chumps walking 5 miles to work thinking that will save the planet. Hopefully if enough people do that, gasoline prices will go down!

Yesterday you called for inaction because it was not man made. Now, you call for inaction because because some consequences are unrecoverable and others will take centuries or even one millenia. You always call for inaction, eh?

Matters what we do. We are already suffering it, and we will suffer it more if we do nothing. And one generation in many many centuries will receive a clean planet because we fixed some of our mistakes.

It matters to me

we need to prepare...i think most of our vehicles should be under more strict emission and gas consumption standards...i think we need to look into renewable energy sources and kick the coal and gas burning habit, i think we should leave our last wild places alone.

the problems will intensify...heat waves will encourage people to turn on their a/c, thereby exerting more stress on our energy consumption and its production...if we are, at least, supplementing with non-polluting power sources, it will certainly help...people need to restrict their meat consumption as well, at least of cattle --- that includes going to burger king and mcdonalds, not just the grocery store...we need to come up with a serious plan to harvest and make potable rainwater, cause places closer to the equator will have less of it, which also means a lowering of the aquifer level which equals more stress on our water treatment and retrieval systems...shoot, i could go on and on, basically a little bit of everything needs to change and could, if done, make a difference for the better...but i think the government and manufacturers just need to do it for us, because the american consumer is, on average, too ignorant or unconcerned to make intelligent, sustainable choices (everyone but carmen is my case in point). if they weren't, it'd be that way already anyway...

we have no right to do nothing...what short sighted jerks the average american is...listen to them...no wonder the world hates us we're a bunch of greedy bastards listen to them...i despise these people they're selfish through and through makes me sick

i bet they eat their words in ten years

you can boo me, the truth hurts
