Yes, you have to put the accent to the words que, quien, como, whenever these words are within exclamation or interrogation marks.

Ed-Till is right you have to put an accent on the first one

¡Qué lindo! = How pretty!

You first example ¡Qué rico! falls in the same category.

But the second one has no accent as Que vaya bien is not an exclamation. So, here Marcelo is right.

You put an accent over the "e" only when you ask something i.e. an interrogative pronoun

The same word without an accent can be a conjunction or a relative pronoun

In both your examples "que" is a conjunction, then, no accent
