how can my pc get passed microsoft registry checker?

My pc restarts and the microsoft registry checker starts but it freezes mid way,what can I do to not let the microsoft registry checker pop up everytime I restart it,thank you in advance

Pay for a legal copy of Microsoft Windows and the pop-up will stop popping up.
