Is there a program that will clean your hard drive?

I was just wondering if there is a program that will go through my HD and delete all files that are unused, copies, not needed, etc.?

The computer is a machine without a brain. How is it supposed to know what you consider no longer relevant?

About the only thing I might suggest would be to delete all files created before a certain date. Open a folder, cl View, cl Details. cl on the Date Created header to sort the files by date created. Then do your thing.
