I’m talking about a 97-99 models for a first car would you recommend it? Are there any problems that commonly happen to this model? And how many kilometre/miles would I expect to get out of one?

Thanks

I just realised I wouldnt get this car until like early to mid 2009 so yeh it would already be 10 years old. Is that a problem?

Range Rovers are ALL OVER.

Forget about "common" problems to this model. If they're 10 years old and still around, the bugs have been worked out.

Worry more about how it has been treated and maintained.

At 10 years old, it (ideally) should have 120,000 - 150,000 miles on it... but that's being a little on the conservative side.

Good luck and happy hunting.
