In my microwave, I defrosted a boneless chicken breast, then placed it in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge where it has been for the last 3 days. Is it still safe to use it tonight?

No, I wouldn't because you didn't cook it, you only defrosted it. Too many bacteria.

Personally , i wouldn't ... If you wanna defrost something such as chicken , defrost right before you need to use it in microwave..Other wise , let it defrost naturally in fridge.. If you had done that for 3 days , i would have said yes.. because defrosting in fridge is at same temp ..

It should be fine as long as you cook it to a temperature of 180 degrees, if I remember correctly. Smell it first, a foul (no pun intended) odor is a sure sign that the meat is garbage.

3 days is the long limit on chicken. An odor? You should cook it thoroughly if you use it.

As long as it is cooked properly, yes. Discard the bag and wash your hands thoroughly to prevent cross-contamination.
