I can understand the need to lose weight. We probably all need to lose weight. Lord knows, I do. But losing weight for a Christening? Are you kidding me? Who cares if you show up looking like a beached whale at the Christening? Are you going to be in a bikini or something? Chill out. Summer doesn't start for another 18 weeks. And it's EASY to lose 22 lbs in 18 weeks, if you exercise and diet. Plus, you will have lost some of that weight by the Christening, although, once again, I don't know why this is important, unless you're trying to impress one of your cousins. LOL!!!

700 calories a day might be a bit harsh. Losing 22lbs in 11 weeks is possible, but you might want to add in a bit of exercise as well. Doctors will tell you losing 1-2lbs a week is what they recommend. If you only do it by cutting calories, reduce your caloric intake per day by 1,000.
3,500 calories = 1lb ==> 3,500 x 2 = 7,000 calories = 2lbs
All you have to do is burn 1,000 more calories each day than you take in. I still wouldn't recommend only 700 calories a day. That's a bit low. It takes some work, but a healthy diet and exercise is the best combo. Best of luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

It's not possible to loose that amount safely in that amount of time and have any hope of keeping the weight off. You really don't need to loose that much weight, but shoot for a goal of about 1 pound a week for long term weight loss. Also, I don't know what your current calorie intake is, but if you cut it too drastically (700 is very low), you're body may go into starvation mode, slowing your metabolism down, and causing you not to loose the weight you would if you ate a bit more.

Wake up early- run in the morning before you eat breakfast. From here, eat 6 small meals a day, starting with breakfast right after you do your cardio. You probably know the only formula to losing weight is to burn more calories that you intake. But eating 6 small meals a day spaced out between 2-3 hours each will help alot in keeping your metabolism going. Think of your first meal as some fuel to jumpstart your metabolism, after about 3 hours eat a little more to keep your metabolism going.
Running right after you wake up is ideal because your body is more likely to burn fat and not your muscle.
Also drinking COLD water throughout the day burns alot of calories as well. Your body uses energy to warm it up

Depriving your body of calories it needs doesnt always help. Your metabolism can slow down because you are starving it. How in the world did you come up with that number? You probably wont loose that much that quick cause you don't really have that much to loose. If you go ahead and try this, it could make you sick and too weak to work. But... yes it is possible.
