Ah, but they will multiply and I would feel bad for your wife in that instance.
Generally, janitors are expected to have an adequate HS education. I'm not sure that anyone getting out of HS without understanding evolution can be said to have an "adequate" education. So, I wouldn't hire an evolution denier to clean my toilet.

You are correct the bacteria wont evolve but they will adapt to survive,they will not evolve into anything but a more dangerous bacteria.
