Hi yes i have used it once and the colour and the highlights came out well, But the only thing was i was sat for like 4 hours because it took so long for me to pull the hair throught the holes in the cap. Wella is a good one but if you want decent blonde hightlights as you say you have medium brown hair the bleach in the nordic highlighter may not be strong enought to bleach your hair and you could end up with ginger highlight.
I personally use to use Bbloned highlight kid for medium to dark hair and the results were brilliant. Just make sure you loads of conditioner and keep it in good condition ans you hair will become brilttle and snap of and stuff.

Yikes OK...let me help you with this. First use some baby powder and put it lightly in your hair. Then brush your hair all down forward and down all over. Then place the cap on smoothly down and tight. You may need help to pull the hair with the hook. It can be a pain trying to do it yourself. Now mix the developer and bleach together. Make a cake paste and put in on and make sure you comb it gently and place a plastic cap on over it. Then use your blow dryer and heat your head till you reach the desired color.
Be sure that you get past the orange gold state of your hair
Than shampoo twice and then condition for at least 5 min.
And WA La..
If you hair is more than med length. don't do it. Get to the salon and have a color expert do it as it will be a mess and you will spend lots to fix it. I know I make most of my money fixing the mistakes others do at home.
Good Luck
