i cant tell you how to MAKE your hair grow faster....every1 has a different growing rate and the hair has different rest periods and growth periods. Also the rate at which the hair falls out is also different. the reason why some people's hair gets longer than others is mostly because they have a longer time before the hair falls out of the root.

What i CAN tell you is that keeping the hair healthy and breakage free will help it to get longer before it is time to shed!

Using products that are designed for your hair texture and health are essential. A good conditioner is important and depending on the health of you hair, a weekly or monthly deep conditioner. Regular trimmings to keep split ends at bay.

the pantene pro V relaxed and natural collection is great for that!

Eating healthily (greens, oils, etc) also helps to keep the hair strong.

i hope that helps you!

I would start washing my hair more often. Two weeks is too long. Every time you wash don't shampoo because it can easily dry out your hair by stripping the oils. I would recommend doing condition washes which is basically like a deep condition. You should already do deep conditions every two weeks if not every week. Hot oil treatments should be done the same. If your hair is hard then you might have too much protein and need to balance that out with products that moisturize the hair ( the main ingredient has to be water and the product can not contain petroleum or mineral oil).

You can´t make it grow, but you can improve the growth by consuming multivitamins on a daily basis as a supplement. Hair grows naturally about 2 centimeters monthly. You can boost it with vitamins,it´ll also help with nail strenghthening and growth .

I get my ends trimmed every 6 weeks and I use Surge Plus 14 and it works wonders! I wash my hair every Fri. My routine is to wash it then put a egg treatment on for about 40 min. (I put Kraft Mayo in the microwave to heat it up) Wash it again, put Motions leave in conditioner in , wrap it then sit under the dryer. This has stopped breakage and my hair has grown a whole lot. Hope it helps!

do you mean faster? if you do, you can't do that...hair growth rate is genetic. you can make it grow in stronger and healthier, etc, by taking silica, biotin and msm vitamins. i like biotin and msm, i have noticed a substantial difference in my hair (it takes about a month for you to notice the difference with the new growth though).
