Tell them and hope there response is that they like you back, life is to short to sit and wait. If they don't feel the same way about you then the quicker you can get over it and find someone who does.

First of all u never tell a girl u like her! Ya'll are wrong! Hisses at u all! Blah blah! If u don't know the person, then become her friend: "What time is it?" "U have that class?" "how u doin'?" OR, if u know that person a little, talk to her. Its called Chemistry, if ya'll get along very well, then ur on a roll, become her "go to" friend, but DO NOT b a best friend, when u know her well, ask her out.
