I agree with j*me. That's actually what I planned on saying, but someone already beat me to it! lol

I fried my hair a while back, and I got Dove shampoo AND conditioner. I would wash my hair every other day, and use conditioner every day. In just a couple months my hair was back to normal.

You don't need to go to a salon, or get hair treatments. Just make sure the conditioner is moistierizing.

Good luck, and leave at least 6 weeks time in between colors, unless you're doing 2 colours at once. like black with blonde streaks, or half red half blue. Things like that.

Did you use ammiona-free good-quality hair dye or colorant? Anyway, now massage your hair with pure mustard or coconut oil every alternate night for an hour, dip your towel in warm water and squeeze it well and wrap it around your hair for about 10 to 15 minutes and then go to sleep. Use good quality nourishing shampoo in the morning and condition your hair with egg-based conditioner. Your hair will shine and be soft once again in less than a month. You can use natural henna mask every 15 days too.

Try something natural... Get a handful of shredded fresh coconut, add a small amount of water and squeeze it. You'll get a milk-like substance (coconut milk) which when you apply onto your wet hair, massaging it for about 3 minutes while bathing and rinsing it off to finish will give your hair a long lasting softness and manageability. It will surely shine! When fresh coconut isn't available, try to look for a canned coconut milk in a grocery, products imported usually from the Philippines or other Asian countries. I'm sure you'll love the result... =)

I use dove conditioner. Put it in your hair and leave it in there for 3 mins. It works soooooooooooooo good. I love it. Don't blow dry for a while tho that could be adding to it. Good luck!

I love bumble & bumble products. I recently had the same problem with feeling my hair got really dry from consistent highligting. Try Bumble & Bumble thickening shampoo and conditioner -- it helps to mosturize and volumize your hair.

Visit a salon!!!
If U think that's too expensive, use "Kerastase"'s or "L'oreal Proffessionel"'s repairing hair masks.
Good luck!
